Homosexuality is not a crime
India achieved a great success against the social issue of homosexuality. On 6 september 2018, the supreme court of India decriminalized the homosexuality by declaring atricle 377 of Indian Penal Code unconstitutional. The diversity of the country India has so many different perspective on this social issue. I interviewed few people who belonged to different culture to know what they think about the article 377. Question: what is your view on Article 377? Mugais Chalkoo (kashmir) I think it is a good step forward. The government of India has justified that love has no gender. There should not have to be laws made against it. I feel proud to be a part of a country who now understands.
